"Is there any evidence to indicate that Orthodox, as a whole, respect their Church's teachings on sex and marriage any more than Catholics do?"

In some areas, yes. Divorce rates are low, in some places very low, by comparison for example. Certain ethnic groups have low abortion rates, Arab and American Orthodox people among them. In Eastern Europe and Greece, though, abortion rates are scandalous.

Similar to how the divorce rate among those who use NFP is less than one percent.

It's good to hear of low divorce rates among American Orthodox. Interestingly I heard from Michael Medved, and he has the links, that the divorce rate for couples (man and woman) who marry for the first time is around 30% according to census bureau statistics. The 50% comes in from those marry two, three, four times.Good to keep in mind when particular people argue that no one takes marriage seriously any more.

Where, exactly, do you find abortion statistics in America for very small and marginal groups like Arab and American Orthodox?

I'm aware of divorce studies by religion in America. These have consistently shown that Atheists and Catholics have the lowest number of people who have ever been married and divorced one or more times (around 20%). I would suspect divorce rates among the Orthodox to be similarly low, because they mostly live in the part of the country with the lowest divorce rates (the Northeast), and they do not tend towards the highest risk factors for divorce - marriage before 21, living together before marriage, and having children out of wedlock and then getting married.
