This is what the Pharisees attributed Jesus,s miracles and thus they committed unpardonable sin against the Holy Spirit.
They were the Theologians of their day they knew perfectly well that the devil cannot make miracles.

Here is the correct definition of a miracle.
Any effect perceptible to the senses produced by God that surpasses the powers of nature.
