The doctrine of Justification is certainly on the list, but it is not one that is specific and to the point regarding total lack of scriptural support. The others are....to include opulence.
I just can't imagine Peter wandering around in all that gold filigree, gold crowns, and gold scepters and staffs.

I can't believe how many people don't understand how poor Jesus was growing up, or how much poverty existed. They had no safety net and once you were forced off your land your life was in a downward spiral. A carpenter was not much more than an itinerant worker. Yet this is exactly where our Saviour choose to be, not among the wealthy classes or religious leaders.
