A guy named Pigmeat Markham wrote the "Here Comes the Judge" bit. It was first performed on Laugh-In on September 16, 1968. The show was on from 1968 to 1972. Sammy Davis Jr. was on Laugh-In only from 1968 to 1969 while Flip Wilson was on from 1968 to 1971.

My memory is that Flip Wilson spoke the line more than anyone else, and often used it later on his "Flip Wilson Show."

(This may be the farthest stretch between the beginning and end of a thread I've ever experienced.)
