You might want to tell the men that. God created them to be stimulated by the woman. So when they see a woman half naked in public, it is probably hard to keep from feeling a natural reaction to the half naked woman.
That's just crazy. I live in Phoenix, AZ where it gets 115 in the summer. I'd pass out from heat exhaustion just trying to dress the seem to think is Godly.
And what about what men think? Can't men think Godly and pure thoughts when they see a woman?
