A lot of people believe in things they can't explain. That's called faith.

Faith in what??! What's the standard? Junk made up out of thin air? Whatever tickles the ear?

Explain how God can be eternal.

That demand is an excellent example of how

man will keep moving the goalpost, demanding always more, never satisfied.

Noone needs to explain to you "how God can be eternal", because Hashem's eternal nature is plainly stated [repeatedly] in the Word of the Lord. He who has faith in the Lord believes the Word of the Lord. If you knew and believed the Word, you would not be attempting such a stunt.

Proverbs 2:1-5

1 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;
2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;
3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;
5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

Whatever you think of yourself, believe me, you need faith to believe in God. That is not even a point of argument from any body's perspective, Jewish or Christian. I'm not sure if you have bad manners or are just addle, but I never even hinted that the Word of The Lord Jesus Christ did not plainly state that The Triune God is eternal. Belief in an eternal God takes faith, because He is, in many ways, beyond our understanding or explanation.
