All three organizations were advocates for Marxists revolutions in Africa. (Indeed, the WCC contributed to Robert Mugabe’s Marxist army.) All three organizations were advocates for the Marxist revolutions in Central America in the 1980’s. All three protested the deployment of Pershing missiles in Europe. I am not expecting the Orthodox to toe the conservative line by any means, but I think I am missing something here.
