Then why are Catholics and Orthodox not in communion if you have the same core of faith?

Can you name one "de fide" declaration made during one of the first seven councils that the Catholic or Orthodox Church no longer hold to?

That doesn't answer the question of why Orthodox and Catholic are not in communion. Catholics now say it is okay for Orthodox to take communion in a Catholic service, but Orthodox have not reciprocated. Why not?
