You flatter yourself as much as you judge others. No, we don't believe we earn our salvation. Whatever is guiding you to "earn" your salvation is probably not from God.

If your salvation is dependent on anything else then faith in the person and finished work of Christ, then it is a false gospel and Paul says that it is accursed (Gal.1:8)

Nothing can be added to faith and once one believes he is a new creature in Christ (2Cor.5:17), he is born again, not being born again
