You are quite wrong. You really do make a lot of comments about which you know nothing at all. Now as to martyrdom, if left up to me, I am quite sure I'd try to run away, throw up and even faint if some muslim was going to saw my head off unless I renounce Christ. But a verse from the bible, that the Lord has given me, and that I read all by myself mind you, is what I'm counting on if that day ever comes.
