I would say that some angels are, as we know from the bible that angels are created for different purposes. And are the ones aware of all of us, or just one of us? The bible doesn't say.

I would say that some angels are [aware of us humans on earth], as we know from the bible that angels are created for different purposes. And are the ones aware of all of us, or just one of us? The bible doesn't say. Yes, and angels came down and interacted with humans many times, so there has to be awareness by at least some, if not all. Plus, doesn't the word "angel" come from the Greek "angelos" meaning "messenger"? Who else would God want to reach by messenger?
