The verse were this is found is:

Isa 43:7 Everyone who is called by My name, And whom I have created for My glory, Whom I have formed, even whom I have made."

There is no verse that states the reason God made us was to love us and have fellowship with us. You're correct IOTN. We were made to bring glory to God. Our Lord Jesus refers to this when He states:

Mat 5:16 "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
