Dear annalex, you really should stick to preaching to cows. The bible teaches, in more than one book and lesson, that the priest can be good, bad or indifferent. The HS and His actions, are dependent on God, not a priest.
I agree that the priest can be good, bad, or indifferent. It is precisely because the Holy Spirit comes from God, that the disposition of the priest does not affect the sacrament.
