But note the context. They juxtaposed the link to a site working to legalize the smoking of one plant (pot) with a link to a site working to ban the smoking of another plant (tobacco) thus showing the hypocracy of the 'movement'.

I vote for it being very well done satire.

And the final clincher that it's very high-minded satire: the signature, "fellow womyn." It's not like some gynonazis I've aren't that stupid, but simply that no-one called her on it.
