To go with Rev. Toon's excellent essays on the Thirty-Nine Articles in the Prayer Book Society weblog, here are two online resources on the Articles:

Church Society of the UK: Introduction to the Thirty-Nine Articles

Anglican Teaching: An Exposition of the Thirty-Nine Articles by Wilson and Templeton

As you can see there is indeed a good bit of helpful material available online as well as the CD-ROM with twelve commentaries on the Articles mentioned in the previous post.
