Not all of the calvinists are postmil. Bib Chr is not post-mil. Memory says I've run across a number of amils among them.

That's the irony of it, actually. Modern dispensationalism has its roots in a Calvinistic preacher (Darby), yet modern Arminians hold to it more uniformly than Calvinists. Conversely, the major Arminian movement of the recent era (Methodism) was historically Postmillenial, and yet its descendants, the Holiness and Pentecostal movements, are predominantly dispensationalist.
