Excuse me, but Read Romans 11 and get back to me on the Jew thing.
As for my regard for Palestinians, they are a political party dedicated to terrorism, not a people. Arabs I like, Muslims I hate and for good reason. It is not that I have "a flagrant disregard" for Palestinians, I am quite interested in them. I think we should declare war on them for killing 50 Americans and a thousand Jews and blow them off the face of the earth.
Seriously read Romans 10 and 11, it directly addresses your concerns.
(I check the comments on this article every once in a while to keep track of you, buddy. How's life there living at ground zero in contemporary Jewish and human history? )
You are trying to pick the lock. The Lord has revealed the meaning of Isaiah 14 some time ago. It's a spiritual meaning that is veiled beneath the literal sense. You cannot try to match names of places and peoples from the Word to some contemporary equilvent -- that is using sensory knowledges to pervert Divine truths.

Let's talk about hate. The poison associated with snakes in the Word means hatred. Isa. 14:19 -- 'Serpents root' means sensory evidence and factual knowledge, 'adder' evil that is the outcome arising from these, 'flying prester' desire from self-love.
You should take a hard look at Isaiah 14 and apply it to yourself.
There's a raft of folks hereon who seem to have Romans 10 & 11 torn out of their Bibles. Amazing.
