Very interesting and I'm sure very pleasing to some and disturbing to others.

In the Anglican Usage of the RC Church we continue to hear, from credible sources, about many different contacts and more or less informal gatherings in which both RC and TAC bishops (sometimes including Abp Hepworth) are present. Among others of recent note was a conference in Scranton, PA at the end of April, attended by both AU clergy (and prospective AU clergy like Fr. Eric Bergman) and TAC and similar hierarchs. If memory serves (I could not be there, unfortunately, so only heard about it from those who were), Abp Hepworth was there, having met with Cardinal Rigali a short time before that, and also included were then newly-consecrated Bishops David Moyer and David Chislett.

I think that regardless of the exact situation in Rome on this matter, there is a lot of necessary meeting and getting to know each other going on. Fr Aidan Nichols OP, who was at Scranton and presented a paper there on prospects for reunion even alluded to the necessity of this for a good result eventually to ensue.
