What a shame ... From the title I thought this was an 'official decree' from an 'iman'.
They'll make global 'platitudes' that sucide bombings aren't 'islam' ... but when it comes to making the natural inference that the terrorists who kill innocent civilians, just for the sake of killing innocent civilians, have earned themselves a one way ticket to hell - these imans will never make the connection. They can't because their unholy book tells them otherwise.
