Toronto/Ontario, June 14 /PR Direct/ - On Thursday June 16 there will be a press conference at Roy Thomson Hall from 9:45am-10:45am, to allow the media an opportunity to have their questions answered about the purpose of this historic gathering of orthodox Canadian Anglicans who are committed to remaining part of the global Anglican Communion.
Anglican Essentials Canada will provide a forum, a rallying point and an identity for traditional Canadian Anglicans who are concerned about the Anglican Church of Canada's suspension last February from the 77 million member global Anglican Communion. The Canadian church has been given until 2008 to consider whether it wishes to remain part of the global church and follow its traditional doctrine and teaching.
The hour long press conference will provide an opportunity for media to learn more about how mainstream Canadian Anglicans are responding to the crisis by joining together with traditional Anglicans in North and South America to show their support for global Anglicanism.
Present at the press conference will be a panel of Anglican leaders: Archbishop Gregory Venables, Primate of the Southern Cone and a widely respected leader in the global Communion; Bishop Robert Duncan - Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh and Moderator of the Anglican Communion Network in the United States; Canon Bill Atwood - General Secretary of the Ekklesia Society, a group of global orthodox archbishops, bishops and clergy who share a common cause for traditional Anglicanism; and Canon Charlie Masters, National Director of Anglican Essentials Canada.

Hmm a prototype/role model for us?
Could be. Will be interesting to see what they say.
I have heard that about 30% of the bishops who voted for the darkside are retiring. Many a little early.
Interesting. Why?
But what is the orthodoxy profile of today's Anglican seminarians? Is there hope for the future?
"what is the orthodoxy profile of today's Anglican seminarians? Is there hope for the future?"
It is in a terrible situation after decades of Dark Side Liberals who don't believe in God, Jesus and the Resurrection cloning themselves with the gullible seminarians.
For over a decade, I have been telling the G E's if you hire a Priest, asst. Priest or a seminarian who isn't a priest yet, you had better ask them:
1. Do you believe in God?
2. Do you believe in Jesus"
3. Do you believe in the resurrection of Jesus?
4. Do you swear that if you stop believing any of the above, that you will resign your position?
Any variance from immediate and firm yeses on these 4 questions, should terminate the interview immediately.
More power too them!
God Bless you all!
