Christ had "very special relationships" with many people. In fact, there are millions who would say that He has "very special relationships" with them right now.
Are you deducing that he was first seen by Mary because he had some kind of sexual relationship with her???
Part of the reason that Christ first appeared to women has to do with the status of women at the time, and with later substantiation of the claims of resurrection.
