Prayer to Saint Blase - Feast Day - February 3
Dear bishop and lover of souls, you willingly bore heavy crosses in faithful imitation of Jesus. Similarly, with Christlike compassion you cured many sufferers. Than after undergoing horrible torture, you died as a martyr for Christ. Obtain a cure for Pope John Paul II's ills if this is agreeable to God. Amen.
All you Irish women think the same! My wife said the very thing. And with the mess in the US church she was relieved the doves were snow white.
We must pray for the Holy Father and Holy Mother Church.
