The Gates of Hell itself will not prevail. Those damned Gates sure are close, though, these days.

There is a remnant here in the USA, frighteningly small, of good priests. Enough to build something beautiful on the rubble of the past.

The ones who will come through this still good men are good men indeed. Really, fifty or a hundred good priests will be enough in this country. Even ten. Get rid of the rest.

I would not venture to say exactly how many of them there are........but its not much. As to the number needed......well think of it this way:

If what is left of the NO establishment crumbles in the next decade......as the NO clergy die out along with much of the laity (who are mostly elderly).......you will see the rise of the Traditional Mass, sacraments, teaching, etc. Yes, it will be very small at first.

But, if that were to happen tomorrow (or even a few years from now).....how many NO Catholics would go to mass then?
My guess would be few - as they have been poisoned with the worst of the revolutionary spirit of dissent and apostacy.
They have been trained to want the bad music....Teletubbies/Barney/clowns dancing in the sanctuary.......they have been taught to essentially worship themselves intead of God. Not all NO Catholics are this way......but a frighteningly large number are getting this way.

Some NO Catholics would go to the TLM if that were all that were offered - those who still had the gift of faith. But all too many, who have no faith would walk away from Christ under these circumstances. This is due to the fact that the faith of many is purely "cultural Catholicism".

Someone in the early 60s said that Vatican II and the new mass would be a test of faith.....to see who could endure all, even to the last straw, to the end.

They were right.
