Qualitatively and quantitatively, I disagree about the first 5 signs.
Sigh.
Certainly not SUPPOSED TO BE!
I think God is getting ready to clean house on that bunch of stuff.
Where in the book of Daniel does it prophecy that God will hold a yard sale? Has He held one before? What does He do, staple a sign on the moon when He's ready? Maybe that's what the moon's craters are - old staple points from prior yard sales?
Whose reports? The Israeli government?
DNA has been used to affirm authentic descendents from Aaron.
This is funny. DNA from Aaron? Too many Raider of the Lost Ark type "facts" in play here.
Can you point us to the "scientists" that have made these amazing discoveries?
Believers??
Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven. He answered and said to them, "When it is evening you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red'; and in the morning, 'It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.' Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times. A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah." And He left them and departed. (Matt. 16)The only "sign" that Jesus was giving to the pharisees and sadducees was the sign of His resurrection. That heppened almost 2000 years ago.
I think you need ot work on the facts a bit more.
LOL.
Do you really doubt that God is getting ready to cleanse THE TEMPLE--to clear out all the pseudo Christians from THE BODY OF CHRIST?
If you doubt that . . .
Sigh.
Some of this was asserted as far back as my 1973 trip to Israel.
Articles in CHARISMA MAGAZINE from time to time have updated such issues.
Some of the DNA stuff has been posted on FR.
You can search and Google as well as I can. Help yourself.
I've seen enough evidence for what I believe.
Allow me....

"Prof. Karl Skorecki, a senior nephrologist (blood specialist) at Rambam Hospital in Haifa is the head of molecular medicine at Israel's Technion's medical school. He and his colleagues published their findings in Nature, a British science journal."
Note that they found a common genetic trait among males who claimed to be of the Aaronic tribe. They did not prove that this genetic trait was passed down from Aaron; despite how the article reads.
Hardly. Crouch is a pure self-promoter. Why else would he want you to believe that God's had Paul's television network in mind when the Holy Spirit spoke to Zechariah?
Hype and sensationalism is Paul's only claim to fame. He's an ear tickler.
You can construe His exhortation to the pharisees as of import to them only, if you wish.
I've always taken it as an exhortation to me, when I've read it. And I certainly have never considered myself a pharisee--well rarely so!
But you go ahead and ignore whatever Scriptures don't fit your construction on reality. I'm sure God will be impressed.

I'm very comfortable with my assessment of facts and puzzle pieces. I typically wait for God to confirm whatever He chooses to confirm BY EVENTS.
I'm sure God is eternally awed
by our notions and standards of scientific "fact."
I'm sure the evolution bit just knocked God's socks off on that score.
The assertions of generations of family members coupled with the DNA evidence is probably sufficient for the training priests to believe that they won't be terminated for taking on the role.
God is a lot freer to act outside the box doing and proving whatever He wishes to His satisfaction whenever and however He chooses to. And, given that HE'S THE AUTHORITY on who should serve as Israel's priests, I'm confident there won't be a big problem.
You don't believe that the word of god is true? OR You disagree with my comment about them being the non-signs?
Jesus was laying out what the were to expect, as to not be discouraged. As in Matthew 24:6 "And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end."
The sign is: Matthew 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come."
Perhaps you should get your card punched for being such a staunch card carrying Jr judge in such matters. God must be very impressed.
I've never read Paul's personality as you do. He may get caught up in doing grand things a big overmuch on occasion. But I still credit his heart motives with being more right than wrong. Time will tell.
You seem to reduce Christ's first comments as having nothing to do with end times.
I disagree.
I just heard this yesterday, someone asked Lowell Levitt, (not sure of the spelling) how long it would take to build the Temple it they were given the go ahead, and he said, 48 hours.
Its already prefabricated, and ready to set up at a moments notice, and it's not that big.
JH :)
So there is no scientific proof, just hypothesis.
And those who doubt?
In Zoossmann-Diskin's summary, he writes that "Careful examination of their [Skorecki's and Thomas's] works reveals many faults that lead to the inevitable conclusion that their claim [that most Cohenim share a common origin] has not been proven. The faults are: the definition of the studied communities, significant differences between three samples of Jewish priests, failure to use enough suitable markers to construct the Unique-Event-polymorphisms haplotypes, problematic method of calculating coalescence time and underestimating the mutation rate of Y chromosome microsatellites. The suggestion that the 'Cohen modal haplotype' is a signature haplotype for the ancient Hebrew population is also not supported by data from other populations."The Christian Zionists want to believe so badly they will pick up any theory and run with it.

Hey, I'm not the one claiming God gave Zechariah a picture of my satellite 2500 years ago.
If that ain't ego, I don't know what is.
Some people forget why God put the end-times prophecies in the Bible. Because he loves us and does not wihs for any of us to go through it.
INTERESTING! THAT'S QUITE AN UPDATE!
THANKS.
I take it that's your way of saying you were wrong. OK.
Twisting the Scripture to fit your preconception is a subtle thing. Crouch and Hagee seem to be masters.
I'd be more careful.
