Alright alright; sorry. Doctrines cannot change, ever.
Infallible declarations from the Chair of Peter merely clarify or define that which was always held as doctrine by the Universal Church since the time of the Apostles. It's commonly misunderstood that infallible declarations create new doctrines, but they don't. They merely put an end to any and all bickering by declaring or defining the doctrine which is the subject of doubt or denial.
