Should be an interesting discussion.

Two storms?

One black and red

one red and gold

Significance?

Anyone?

More significant is the path between the storms, and its calm.

There is a middle path that is unclear to those who only see the two storms, which strive to distract and destroy.

Once upon the middle path, the clarity of sight and firmness of footing come from being on a true path.

That's how I see it...

In Chinese culture, red is considered a propitious color.

Red, I always thought stood for the color of blood.
Black for the color of death
And gold for the color of God (sainthood)

Think of the color of vestments of the priest and on what days they are worn.

Red -- martyrs feast days
Black -- used to be used at funerals -- now they use white
White -- is used at Easter and special Church Holidays, some saint's days.

Dream About George Bush

Becky McLendon

I had a dream about sitting at a table with George W. Bush and a whole group of other people. Somehow everyone there had a zip lock bag full of medications to show him. All they could talk about was their health condition and the medications they had to take. He listened intently, nodding his head, but then he turned to me. I had no zip lock bag nor any medications. I said, "I don't take any of that stuff, nor do I need it." He had a most tender look on his face, and he reached out his left hand to take my right. (I was sitting immediately to his left). He held my hand for the rest of the meeting.

I got up to do something and they were all pouring red wine. When it came to where I was sitting I held up my hand and said no thank you. Again he looked at me with tenderness and smiled.

The whole thing seemed to be focused on the control the medical/health care industry has on people. part of it is an evil spirit controlling America's dependency on medications. Also the pills in ziplock bags are showing that people are taking things to "mask" symptoms...i.e. cover up their SIN. They were showing him all these things and of course their concern was the COST of it. Covering up sin IS EXPENSIVE. We are essentially an UNREPENTANT nation. We are very RELIGIOUS, with our many pretty church houses and huge congregations and mega ministry corporations, but we are still basically unrepentant.

We have pills, pills, but the LORD is saying how many different forms of medication there are. When we think of medication, we also have that going on in so many churches. They are being soothed in their spirits by entertainment that takes the place of true worship. That's about all they are getting for their tithes: religious medication. Entertainment is just medication. "Easy grace" is just medication. It is like David playing for Saul to soothe the violence in his heart. We have over eating, we have addiction to TV, addiction to sex, addiction to gambling, any kind of "escape" that we can take on to cover up the misery we have lived in in our sin. Bush KNOWS the difference between the true SPIRIT of God and the spirit of the world. His "job" dictates that he has to listen intently to all the carnality of the world. But when the spirit of God speaks, He attends to it with profound love and agreement.

However, God has a praying remnant. Our prayers will help Bush. The golden censers have prayers stored in them that have seen his need. The golden censor holds prayers for these times. Bush's administration will be more overshadowed than any others have ever been.

God did this with me during his first election. That is where I went in spirit to the inaugural place and saw an assassin in a window with a high powered rifle...set to kill him. I re arranged the whole room and told them someone was over there. A plot to kill him either politically OR in reality was stopped at that time. THEN we saw the mess that last election was with all the controversy about votes . The Lord then gave the word that Bush IS His man for this season. That He would give a prophetic mantle and Bush would do a "Josiah" work in America, causing a massive turning to the Word of God for our guidance rather than evil laws. Wicked men will hate him and his life is in constant danger. (I have had several "assassination" dreams of powerful intercession.)

He is going to more covered than ever. God has a plan for America. Regardless of the evil in government, Bush has been raised up for such a time as this. And this is the term where that will come to the forefront!!! Regardless of things in the man, George Bush, that we might not agree with or things about the nature of his political position, God has placed him in office for such a time as this, and he will carry out what God has for him to do. We are commanded to pray for him and the office of authority that he holds. Amen and Amen.

Becky

Aren't Muslims, Hindus, etc. claiming to see visions under Fatima as well as Protestants. How do you sort all this out?

There are no "....similarities....". Protestants are protestants because they do not accept the dogma of Catholicism.

The Roman Catholic Church is the One True Church. Roman Catholicism is the One True Faith. The Sacred Teachings and Traditions of HIS Church is the dividing line separating those who protest against truth from those who are faithful to His will.

The significance of red and black? Too much acid?

Sorry, this doesn't sound like the MO for true visions. There's too many things that are off.

Interesting read.

"Very Few will now know Me walking beside them in the storms"

No need to be a prophet to understand this,Martha is a classic example.

We are living in a time of spiritual warfare on a huge scale. We have been "freely given" much in the way of protection but only one weapon.

Our enemy is more subtle than we know.He goes about practically unchecked while christians argue over wether their sword is adequate for the job.< /rant >

Can't help but agree on a lot of what she has said.

God bless

Such arrogance and pride (which comes before the fall according to God). No wonder I rarely venture into the "religion" (read RC) forum any more.

And . . . you're making that assessment on what basis? I'm not saying that I know for a fact which side her dreams come from, I'm just asking where the dogmatism in your statement comes from.

While I agree with you the Roman Catholic Church is the true faith I am mindful that the Bible records visions sent to those outside the true faith. For example the "handwriting on the wall", the Three Wise men, there are also examples through the ages such as a Muslim Sultan seeing the the Christ Child during the Mass while the priest was not privy to the vision.

I figure visions go to places and people who need it for one of three reasons.

1. A warning to a sinful people, a call to repent
2. A warning to the faithful about trouble to come
3. A means to save the faithful during mortal danger

I believe the chastisement is coming. People need to get their house in order this includes everyone.

This being said we have to use wisdom with any spirit. Test a spirit is what the Bible says. Therefore it would be unwise to accept a catholic vision that is unsound while rejecting a Protestant's vision that is perfectly Catholic in content.

Catholic = Universal

His will is for us to accept Jesus Christ as his only son sent to earth to wash us of our sins; To spread the free gift of salvation to all regions of the world; To love our neighbors as we would like to be loved. There are many other details but I am confortable in believing God is just as pleased with a person who does these things and skips the confessional as he is with a person who holds the gift close to their vest but does all the works demanded by the RC church.

But I will not hold those who live and die by RC church's traditions against them as I believe if they recognize Jesus' sacrifice, then they will be rewarded a spot in Heaven.

I think the difference in my view is stark in comparison to yours, in my humble opinion.

"More significant is the path between the storms, and its calm."

My tag line is the significance. One step off the narrow path puts you in the storm(s).

The only way back (should you stray) is through the Sacraments of the Catholic Church.

"Her visions are a deception and are from Hell."

I don't believe protestants have visions from God. Probably could be worded better, but I think that's true.

Somebody brought up a case otherwise in this thread, and I believe in visions like that, but I believe they are a call to the Catholic Church, and they usually turn out to be.

A vision that does not teach the truths of the Catholic Church is not from God, and has to be discounted. That's the narrow path.
