because they do not have permisson from the local ordinary to use the facilities, but at the same time, they are validly ordained priests.

When the local ordinary is engaging in perverted sex acts with other men and covering up for his priests who rape children, do you not think that jurisdiction is supplied?

Neither RFT's, nor your, nor my personal interpretation of Canon Law matters.

What matters is the Canon Law.

Your mileage may vary; void in some States.

There are only two or three Dioceses in the USA wherein there is not ONE well-offered NO Mass. If you haven't found one in your neighborhood (I only drive 17 miles one-way) that's your problem, not the Pope's.

And, by the way--since SSPXrs are flagrantly co-habiting without the benefit of marriage, why are you so concerned about Bishops?

Seems to me that the co-habitation problem is a bit closer to you. You could evangelize them, rather than screeching about Bishops.

This is like raising children. I don't really CARE what Susie's Momma lets Susie do: I'm YOUR Momma and this is MY rules.

Or haven't you had children yet?
