Can you document the presumptive validity of SSPX marriages? I understand 'regularization,' but that process may also include a de-facto re-marriage either explicit or implicit.

Do I know the canon off hand? No, but from people who used to attend SSPX chapels who were married at a SSPX chapel, all they needed to do is get their marriage regularized with the diocese. I know the SSPX sacraments of marriage and confession are in a grey area because they do not have permisson from the local ordinary to use the facilities, but at the same time, they are validly ordained priests.
