I never thought I'd ever say this, in my lifetime, but I'll stand with Bishop Bruskewitz in defending the Charismatic Renewal, the attendance at a Methodist bishop's installation, and a Jewish seder supper.

I appreciate your charity Deacon. If you can, will you explain the phrase "I never thought I'd ever say this"?

I had no idea Bruskewitz was so "Catholic" in his acceptance of ecumenism and the Charismatic Renewal.

He's still a bit stiff for my tastes, but I've developed a new appreciation for his willingness to let many flowers bloom.
