In terms of Canon Law, those are the poorest letters from a bishop I have ever seen.

Hmmm...for comparison, this letter was sent by my bishop to a fine priest, a Monsignor, upon his retirement. His crime? He spoke to the Wanderer and knew the sexual proclivities of most of the bishop's lap dogs:

I pray he appealed and won. But I am afraid to hear the answer.

At some point, a priest is going to take the USCCB and the Vatican into the courts either here or at the World Court for violation of human rights by violation of its own internal process etc.

Of course, Adamec isn't a bishop any more, but that is an entirely different assertion on my part...
