At first I thought the name was "Us and Dado fate." Not wanting to look uninformed, I was about to google "dado fate," figuring it was some obscure melding of church and art history. Finally, I realized it probably means "Us and dad of 8."
Excellent choice. I'll check Dado Fate, just in case. 8~)
Close but no cigar, as it were. It actually means USN dad of 8. I should have seen that one, but I was inspired by momof7
I will never give you a hard time again. 8~)
Quite to the contrary, I find I very often need to be put in my place, and if my wife were right here reading this she would say "Amen". =)
No fair , you have one more than I do .
They know what causes that now...
Shhhhhhhhhhhh the children might be listening

Are you willing to consider the concept ... What ... if ... the posters you are discussing beliefs with are right and you are mistaken?
Accordingly you are not responsible for anything, (to God) as you believe and conversely you are responsible to God and his revealed truth with the stated consequenses; if the posters beliefs are correct; and with eternity (in heaven or hell) being one of the promises of God to the children of the world it is a serious question.
What if you are mistaken? Are you so willing to hold to what might be a mistaken belief? What if you are wrong?
Do you believe in prayer? Ask God to remove the scales from your eyes and to open your ears to the truth.
It is easy to be a FATALIST: it requires nothing from you.
Pray for understanding.
Of course I am willing to consider that they may be correct, I've held that position all along..I always say that I could be completely wrong in my beliefs.
I pray quite a bit...if there are scales on my eyes, then that is as God wants it.
It is not easy to be a fatalist, as it leaves one with no choice.
