Thanks for the Ping! Cardinal Arinze has that good combination of humor/candor. The "yewts" today are sometimes more knowledgeable of the catechism than their elders. As the unfortunate choices of priests/nuns leave and/or have less influence, I'm really praying that there is a revival to tradition and holiness. The Church is not evil but there are some who have committed evil in her name. I'm thinking we should pray for an increase in sanctified vocations to overpower the evil within and to support people like Cardinal Arinze (who would make an excellent pope, I believe). Is there anything we can do in addition to prayer to support the holy revival of the Church?

Yes! Email the Bishops/priests/clergy.
They are political and numbers sway them. I'm constantly on their cases for various things. I have used Father Sheridan's interview on abortion and have received a few emails back. Also, a thank you to those are helpful and encourage. I am sure many are suffering through this period.
The Holy Father said it is our duty to get after the Bishops.
