Now how could this be? This seems to say that no one can ever change a thing about the Sacraments. It's not. No Pope can bind another Pope in the area of liturgical practice, no matter how much a previous Pope says or thinks he can.

It has never been established that any pontiff has the right to do change the liturgy in substantive ways, let alone banish one and invent another.
