Which means "come by here."
"Oh Lord, come by here" was not a song this forum could have sung in good conscience. We wouldn't have wanted the Lord to see this place that managed to turn off a good number of seekers/lurkers.
"They'll know we are Christians by our sharp tongues."

Nah... the only diff is apostate, say, Methodists list their religion as "Protestant," "Chistian," "Agnostic," or "none" (unless they are clergy.) Apostate Catholics, even those who practice Buddhism, Mormonism, or Incanism (?) still tell pollsters that they are Catholics.
The NY Post had an inadvertantly hysterical article a while back interviewing Catholics who had seen "The Passion of Christ." One called herself, "agnostic," another "atheist," another referred to going to the "Assemblies of God." Not one went to Catholic mass. All were identified in the article as "Catholics."
Basic types of "media" Catholics, using politicians as archetypes: Ted Kennedy (irreligious "ethnic" Catholic), Wesley Clark (now protestant, but calls himself Catholic), Dennis Kucinich (vegan new age freak), Jeb Bush (former Protestant) and Don Nickles (cradle-to-grave Catholic)
The Ted Kennedys and the Don Nickles are the most common.

Step 1: Ask him to point out where the bible says "sola scriptura"
Step 2: Confuse him by criticizing the Pope.

It's really hard to eat them when they're soaked in LOX. They're way too cold and frozen hard. Worse, LOX is a major league fire hazard.
I don't like working with LOX.

Excellent points, and I agree with what you've written. Put us all in the same room, and the social rules would be entirely different.
An online forum provides a certain level of anonymity, and with it a coarsening of manners.

Still holding the FRC hostage, Mr. Ambassador? As long as he doesn't ask us to admire his cajones again...

Step 3 - Mention "YOPIOS", then chuckle as they try to figure out what that stands for.
Step 4 - Hit 'em with the "257,391 denominations" line.
Dang I'm gettin good at this! ; )
