Throw out the CA EPA, have every gas station be allowed to sell the same gas as sold in any other state. Ban MTBE (Lower gas prices)
Create a polution tax to replace the smog II system. Tax based on polution level of the car, measured once a year, and the miles driven. Let people keep older cars if they do relatively small amounts of driving. Get rid of the whole smog control offices, roll back regulations to Federal level, stop double pork chop.
