If he posted it "yesterday", he probably borrowed it from my 10/01/03 post which contained that pic, among others. I had scouted the web for various pictures that seemed appropriate for the subject of that thread, entitled Feral Cat Day just one of many state legislative victories, and I had not seen it used on FR previously.
