Albeit I am of the opinion that the Terminator is a RINO

Y'know what.... I know he is..... I agree... but anything that throws the 'Rats into this much panic is a very very good thing.

See, there's another angle: California is considered a solid liberal Dem state now. And Bill Clinton went there to advise Davis.

Every note of Clinton's song fell flat.

Hillary has GOT to have noticed.

Don't expect her to run in 2004. Expect her in 2008 when the demographics have improved.

No one could be more socially liberal than Rudy. He proved that LEADERSHIP trumps everything!

No one thought that New York City was governable. Rudy proved them wrong.

Arnold will go directly to the people if the legislature stands in the way of progress. They all fear the next election and won't be so quick to sabotage the state.

Don't expect (Hillary) to run in 2004. Expect her in 2008 when the demographics have improved.

Bill Clinton was ineffective in California.

Hillary will run in 2004. She'll fight very, very dirty because she figures she has to win to have any political future.

Otherwise, by 2008, the Dems will have purged their party of the Clintonites.

"Hillary has GOT to have noticed. Don't expect her to run in 2004. Expect her in 2008 when the demographics have improved."

  1. Hillary can't win without Kalifornia.
  2. Hillary could face Rudy in NY in 2006.
  3. Hillary can't win in 2008 if she loses NY in 2006.
  4. The attacks on Rush were almost certainly coordinated to discredit the most effective campaign weapon of Republicans and the right.
  5. The attacks on Rush were almost certainly coordinated to stifle the most effective Clinton critic.
  6. Rush has speculated several times about running for the Whitehouse himself. If the markets were to crash and the economy to crater, Rush might be the only Republican who could take the Republican nomination away from Bush and still beat Hillary.

I'd say the odds are favoring 2004, but only time will tell.

Remember also that Gray Davis was the only candidate that Bill & Hill campaigned for in '02 that won (I believe the other D's that won refused Clinton's help). Their only victory lasted less than a year and he was tossed out. Sooner or later the Dems have got to wake up to the fact that the Clintons are no longer good for their party (not that I'm in any hurry for them to figure it out).

I strongly disagree; I don't think you grasp the Clintonite mindset. They (especially HRC) honestly believe they are entitled to power, they are anointed. Every loss is a complete mystery to them; the power is in their eyes right fully theirs, only some theft or conspiracy keeps the obvious thing (their election) from happening.

Waiting for later would imply that their message is wrong, or even wrong for this time. Preposterous! The people just haven't been properly educated. HRC will run because nobody else can take the politics of attack to the next level. IMO, 2004 will be a year of unprecedented assault politics, with HRC in the forefront.

Besides, by 2008 we'll be in full boom cycle, Iraq will be free, and God willing we'll continue to prevent Islamonazis from carrying out any more mass death operations here. Nobody could run against that.
