Congrats to California, and for those CA Freepers who have stood with Arnie :)

Too bad for you, looks like the RINO you disliked and trashed here for 2 months will win in a landslide.

Sorry if I sound like a party pooper - I want to jump and scream, too! This is FANTASTIC! But I never underestimate the treachery of the Dims in general, and Davis' scumbag minions particularly. EXACTLY!!
There will be plenty of time for celebration once it's official.

Then there will be the late returns from the dim districts using the punchcards as they feverishly manufacture votes against the recall in the backrooms- grabbing stacks of ballots and forcing the stylus through, leaving the dreaded hanging chads in the middle of the stack and those "dimples" on the bottom ballots - and then the challenge - how do they know how many votes to manufacture - they got it wrong in Florida and they'll probably get in wrong in California, too - they'll run out of time.

SurveyUSA, I think... they had a 3 day tracking, but they only release the last day of it which was a bad day for Arnold...

Just listen to
Dan Blather and he was saying the recall was in doubt. The idiots on the local news in Portland were not even talking about what has been obvious to many with Internet access:
Arnold wins BIG ! CBS is still trying to justify a Davis theft of this election with voter fraud. We will have endure another 39 days of uncertainty and then legal challenges by the DIMS !!
Correction -- sorry!

Thanks habs. But congrats may be a tad but premature. I celebrated prematurely after it was announced GWB had won Florida and the election on election night 2000 only to be unsure of the outcome for another 30 plus days.

Getting rid of Grayout was always my first desire... This is a great day if the exit poll numbers hold up.

Hahaha! There you go!
Truth be told, it looks like McC could have won. If the Recall carried 59%, and Pubbies carried 64%, you have to figure McC would have come out on top, no?

I still fail to see how Arnold winning in CA helps me here in PA.
To: ambrose
And some people thought BUSTAMANTE could win... LOL... Without the ardent support for Arnold (which you criticized) he would have.

If only Arnold (RINO-Malibu) would drop out and everyone voted for a real conservative, McClintock could still pull this out. The NUMBERS are there for a HUGE WIN for Tom.

Your caution is wise. Exit polls are not votes. On the other hand, it was pretty well accepted that Grayout needed 52% election day to fight the 2 million pre-smear absentee votes.

this is just one battle, the Dems aren't going to roll over. let hope Arnold's political team understands how to play the game, you've got to be on offense all the time. During the acceptance speech, Arnold should say: "I am calling on any honest judge in the California judicial system to issue a restraining order against Davis to stop the shredding of state documents in the capital". Put them on the defensive right away, because this thing isn't over, its just beginning.
To: bootyist-monk
If Arnold gets over 50% of the vote, there is no denying that he has a mandate. We may finally get some change in Sacrapmento. From your lips to God's ear.
