A little dose of humility would be advisable for you McClintock haters.
and vice versa.
To: oceanview
But Bush will never win CA.
yes he will. watch. wait.
To: archy
Thank you so much for the heads up and for linking the DSL!
To: WarrenC
I think the GOP and the State of California need Tom McClintock and people like him possibly more than you realize
Good for you!
I think the GOP and the State of California need Tom McClintock and people like him like a hole in the head....
To: oceanview
However, Giuliani in 2008 could take NY and CA, and that would just about guarantee that a Dem could never beat him. Giuliani? He is *NOT* a *REPUBLICAN*. He is a *RINO*.
To: HamiltonJay
McClintock backers going to concede ? Or should we expect a legal challenge from them too now?
... expect the first option you suggested from the "only true conservatives?"
heck no.. but I am now actuallly wondering about the second possibility.

You know at some point, it might actually be considered "cool" to be a conservative republican again...
imagine that.
To: section9
laughing my ass off Chris.
please... stop...
To: Pubbie
I supported pete for governor twice and mayor once...
I remember he did a rock spot on KGB FM... it was cool to be a wilsonite back in those days... my how the righty tighties hated him! Still do. But he was a good governor.

"Hanging ten right now Leni. ;-)"
damn, did you get your long board out?
To: Robert_Paulson2
I'm tired of the almighty knowledgeable and righteous Tombots. Their knowledge and righteousness has brought them where they are tonight
out.

(Arnold has the conviction and the fighting spirit to lead California into a new age of recovery)
To: Zack Nguyen
Bush will still lose California, though with luck he might help a Congressional seat or two.
NO.. he won't.
you keep dreaming.
To: Robert_Paulson2
It's already cool and I'm not going to be board for long tonight. ;-)
To: DoughtyOne
look at pathetic post 364...
"Bush can't win california..."
a tombot of course...
WHERE do we get these naysaying doomsters?
When can they ever say anything positive?
Hell froze over tonight in california... i wanna order snow cones, and these bozos want to poop on the President...
help... somebody...
To: ambrose
Well, I would have prefered McClintock, but Arnold was choice #2.
Davis would have been choice #3, and Cruz "For our race everythying, for your race nothing" Bustamante just scared me. He would have been my 135th choice right after the porn star and Gary Coleman.
I guess it worked out okay for me.
P.S. I still think Arnold is a RINO, but at least he isn't Davis.
To: Robert_Paulson2
Rather than dump on them, I'm going to just let them stew in their own juices. Bush will win next year and that will keep Hillary and company out of power.
Sabertooth has be gracious. Others have been too. Let the fringe implode on their own. We don't need to label it for what it is.
This is a time of celebration. If they can't see the benefits of a win tonight, they are the ones who are missing the fun and ramifications.
To: Stu Cohen
Now I wish I would have run just so I could have put "Guburnatorial Candidate for the Nation's Largest State" on my resume'.
The $3,000 probably would have been a good investment.
To: cwboelter
I don't know if you got a chance to see Mulholland on O'Reilly, but he was "looking" seriously distressd.I saw Mulholland being interviewed by Brit Hume tonight. I had no idea what he looked like.
One thing I have noticed in my 58 years is how hate and bitterness work on a person's looks. For example, Jesse Jackson, Tom Daschle, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, Yassir Arafat
all dividers , not uniters. Add Bob Mulholland to the list.

(If the people of California can reclaim their government, there's hope for the rest of us.)

It was Hilarious. They just interviewed Dick Riordan on Fox 11 in Los Angeles.
He said "The only time Arianna Huffington opens her mouth is to change feet".
