Never mind...I googled up this nugget:

You would think it would speed things up, rather than slow it down.

No idea. I just checked google news, and they don't have anything. I'll keep listening to FOX, and see if they bring it up again.

Darn it. Fox reporting that Orange County was going to use the electronic voting method (optical scanners?) but decided to forego them during this election. In short, they will NOT certify their numbers until tomorrow morning.
