It looks to me that Arnold's margin over the No's is starting to decline. Yes, it is.
However,
SF County has 40% of their votes in.

Well chalk up another election that both Clinton's campaigned in that lost. I have begun to think Bill Clinton really has lost his touch and brings bad luck every where he goes. It seems every Democrat he campaigns for Loses and Loses big.
Keep it up Bill next year and we will have Bullet Proof majorities in both houses of congress.
