I believe you're underestimated the "need" in CA.
They may need something more in line with this bad boy:

Where I grew up, other than Dunkin' Donuts, the only other option was homemade. I still make homemade donuts in rare occasions.
However, my opinion of donust changed when I lived in Taipei - had the best donuts ever there... Now all others pale by comparison...

I don't think I wanna take that bet. I hope you're right, and in a completely honest election, you probably are. I'm just factoring in 5% vote fraud.

Polls are the busiest I have ever seen. There were 10 people in front of me waiting to vote, most I have ever seen was 1 or 2.

People were just tired of waiting... and for once they feel empowered. Its not every day you get the opportunity to fire a politician. Yep, we're in "the firing mood" as Tammy Bruce noted awhile back and we're only getting started with the cleanup.

I think you're being overly pessimistic. LOL. I thought I was being optimistic. I'm saying that the Democrats won't have the ability to try to have different recount standards in different counties. And I don't expect it to be close enough for a recount anyhow.
Here, I'll go out on a limb:
Prop 54: Yes 55%, No 44%
