Can you believe what liasson just said about As having to get more votes then Davis to get a mandate? Back up posisition. If it wasn't that then they would probably focus on something else. Its a given that no GOP ever wins and if they happen to steal the election they have no mandate.

The phones slowed down about 10am at the local GOP HQ from people seeking their polling places. Still had a lot of walk ins when I left about 3pm. These door to door get out the vote binges are killer.

indexing to pick up where I left off after I drive home - and vote on the way.

An ILLUSION is not the same as an ALLUSION. An illusion is what you see when you hallucinate. The original poster's use was proper. (/prissy schoolmarm moment)
Cool research, though!

Just went to take a look at my local polling station. On the outside door they had the complete voter list stapled up with those voting by 11am lined out. Seems to me it would be easy for anyone to take a look and get a name and addres then go into the station to make a false vote....even repeat this later in the day. Any comments....? I guess I could take a pic of this for the record....maybe hang around outside to see if anyone does this.... By all means go back there ASAP and get a picture of it. Perhaps videorecording might also be wise, since it has a timestamp.
There could very well be a good reason for their posting that info, but off the top of my head I'm having trouble coming up with one. Better safe than sorry, get some documentation, then if someone else hasn't posted a good reason why this is innocuous, then forward it to the election officials, local media, and the Arnold and McClintock campaigns.
OK...I went back and checked at the polling station....this is SOP.
And they were monitoring the list for any "spurious" activity...
So I guess we can stand down for now.

Thanks for your help. The crazy thing is everybody's sample ballots had the polling place and Arnold's mailers did too. The "poll confusion" is butterfly ballot redux. Shows me the Rats know Grayout is toast...

What the hell is with people who can't find their polling locations? The address of the polling place is printed right on the sample ballot! These idiots have had a MONTH to mapquest the polling place location...

One of the things that killed me was when I heard that the tripling of the car tax was classed as a state "spending cut" because the state was no longer "spending" the money via our "refunds" (= our not paying the tax in the first place). That thinking is so convoluted I almost can't explain it! :)

Self-government-in-action BUMP!
To: ambrose
It doesn't matter, pretty soon the Dems will get judges to declare any Republican win illegal because they'll claim anyone that voted GOP is too stupid to vote.
And to continue their hypocrital illogic, they'll claim because of under-funded education programs, blacks and hispanics are uneducated and thus can't ever get a fair ballot cast.
