This poor woman thinks Arnie supports Hitler.

"This evening"?
Drudge has been bashing Arnold since he got in the race.
What's up with that?
It seems to have all started HERE:
Drudge: Sources Close to Schwarzenegger say Arnold will Not Run in Recall!
Drudge Report ^ | 07/23/03 | Drudge Report

Arnold Schwarzenegger Said Not Running, sources close to the actor tell the DRUDGE REPORT, citing family concerns... Developing...
Officially: "Arnold is discussing his candidacy with his family. He is weighing the pros and cons of a candidacy and has made no determination at this time as to whether he will run in a likely recall election, nor has he made a determination that he will not run.
Media reports that Arnold has made a decision not to run are incorrect.
At this time, we are monitoring the activities of the Secretary of States office and the Lieutenant Governors office, as well as potential court challenges."

Team Arnold sandbagged EVERYONE (including Matt) - as part of his (HUGELY successful) "head fake" to keep Dianne Feinstein out of the race, and Matt is still pouting. :o)

He just registered some degree of support for Tom. I'm glad to see that there are some true conservatives still out there...
To: Cheapskate
Now you have.
To: Checkers
No idea. Not in California. Only pay attention to the lurid details, since that's all that's being debated or printed.

Another Jill Stewart call!
Get her on the show, Matt!

I just did a search on Michael Irvin and there were arests from 1996 to 2001. Why would ESPN hire him? And why was he worried about the pub.?

Oho! Nice place for a repeater!

Drudge just inspired a great scenario: 50/50 on the recall with Bustamante the winner of the yes half. His current boss the no half. What to do, what to do?
To: Checkers
yup , sure nuff. It came down the line as i was doing the preview, but let it slide anyway

Hell hath no fury like a Drudge spurned.
To: Calvin Locke
That
would be interesting.
It's Arnold and Doofus -- The REMATCH!
To: Calvin Locke
Bustamove is so far down in the polls I hesitate to even entertain the idea, but it's not like it's completely outside the realm of possibility that it could be stolen.

Not to worry.
IMHO, the recall wil pass with roughly 60% - and Arnold will win with roughly 50% - both numbers FAR ABOVE the levels of victory needed for a "Florida Fiasco" to kick in.
The RATs can only use vote fraud and post-election lawsuits to win CLOSE elections.

You know, I thought that was behind Drudge's ranting...for the first couple of weeks. But, the longer his vendetta has gone on and the nastier he's become, I'm just not so sure anymore. It would seem like such an overreaction to try to destroy a man's career, reputation and marriage over such a petty slight. What else it could be about, I haven't a clue.

The RATs can only use vote fraud and post-election lawsuits to win CLOSE elections. That's what we were talking about here at the ranch. But I wouldn't be shocked if they tried it anyway.

Like Prop. 54?
To: Checkers
I voted for it, but Propostion 54 will crash and burn - with less than 40% YES.
