Hi dear friend!
I am in the nest and have been since the middle of October. Ready to roll again!! I had a fantastic time!
Visited with friends in TN, you would know her, Radu and husband and 39 cats. What a wonderful time we had! We took in car shows, shopping and good eating.
Then on to MO to visit my brother. I had not seen him in many years. Had a grand time there as well. Went to a Renaissance Fair one Sunday after Church with my niece. Wow those Fairs in MO are huge! We have them here in NY but not on that scale.
I had a speaking engagement in another state then headed on home.
Saving my pennies for the next trip to Alaska!
Well, you had some tough working conditions being sick and all. So sorry. Glad to hear you are better now.
Remember all the harp talk we did last year. Well, dang I will never get to that in this life. I am working on getting my book out. I won a contract to publish my work now I have to get it together in manuscript form and off to the publisher. It's great fun for me though. I can't stop writing long enough to really get any work on the book done. Have to stop that and get some discipline into my life!!
Next to impossible. LOL
Take care Ms Texokie!

Thanks for the report on your travels, Ms Feather! I was wondering when we'd be getting one!!
That is so kewl you got to see Radu and her forty-eleven kitty cats! I'm sure your brother and his family were thrilled to get to see you. Those renaissance fairs can be really something. They get into that pretty heavily in Oklahoma too. If you're going to Alaska next, say hi to Ms Kathy for me, will you?
Yes, things are much better now. I'm looking forward to next week so I can find out if my green taffeta Gone With the Wind dress is toast or recoverable!*Sigh* What can I say....life in the fast lane!
I'm sorry it doesnt look like you'll be able to pursue the harp, but I'm glad you are doing your writing. Discipline, schmisipline! You'll pour on the coals when it's time. But just in case you dont, I'll do some friendly nagging if you want me to!
You take care also....thanks for all your prayers and bumps for our troops, Ms Feather!
I'm thrilled that your book is in the works! How exciting!
