"Hey, "Pittsburgh", your attitude and statements are scaring me.
There's a real difference between politics and the priesthood. I hope you know that."

Yeah, I know that. Liberals practice liberal social values (though when it comes to their kids, many of them get conservative). We should expect conservatives, and particularly conservative leaders, to practice conservative social values. If you talk the talk, do you walk the walk? If you make millions talking the talk, do you have an obligation to walk the walk? I think so. If the emperor has no clothes, it does not matter if the emperor is conservative or liberal - HE HAS NO CLOTHES.

Another example of what I consider hypocrisy: Dr. Laura. She yells at people on her show to show deference and respect to their parents, but she was estranged from her own mother for years, and when her mother died last year, her body was not found for a month - in her own home. A tragedy all the way around, but I have heard several libs point out the hypocrisy of it.

When it comes to RUSH and Dr. Laura and fallen conservatives, I think it is all sad. No boo-hoo, I am gonna cry about it sad, but instead, sad that another individual has problems and had to resort to breaking the law to deal with them. And that the person in this mess now is someone with as much talent as Rush, and is a leader of modern American Conservatism, it is even sadder.

INSERT STADARD DISCLAIMER: Rush has not been charged with anything and only stands accused of illegal activity by the National Enquirer. Innocent until proven guilty, yadda, yadda. But he has not launched a billion dollar libel suit yet. AND AS CONSERVATIVES, we should hold ourselves to a higher standard that what the libs do by hiding behind technicalities. I hope it is all a pack of lies, but something tells me it is not.

So, are you saying Ronald Reagan should not have been president because he was divorced from his first wife?
