"Let me guess, it was on a rowdy movie set, it doesn't count. The women were leftie sluts, they deserved it, he's such a wonderful guy to admit it, show he has great character, it was in the past."
Yes, that will be the apologists line. Arnold is a liberal. He did some sexual misbehavior in his 30's and 40's, not in his youth. That information is now public, and he admits it.
Yet, those who don't care that a liberal with bad judgment and loose morals may be the next Governor of California. He's a big star, so they're going to vote for him anyhow.
Aside from his proclivities for groping women, he:
1. Supports abortion.
2. Supports the ban on assault weapons.
3. Won't say he won't raise taxes.
4. Has no experience.
5. Is a LIBERAL!
But, hey, none of that matters, right? He is the Terminator.
Can we not have Republicans voting for a conservative, experienced, and decent man? Is that so far-fetched?

Nobody will care, Arnold will still win.
He didn't deny or admit anything specific, and I'm guessing if something specific comes out, he and Maria will do a news conference with Maria in a pink suit.

It's highly unlikely that a true social conservative would stand a chance in California. They seem to want to live in an overly taxed utopian police state.

2. Supports the ban on assault weapons.
3. Won't say he won't raise taxes.
4. Has no experience.
5. Is a LIBERAL! 1. Abortion is a federal, not a state issue, and he DOES oppose partial-birth abortion.
2. Assault weapons are already banned in California.
3. He has said he won't raise taxes, and there's every reason to believe him since his pledge has gotten more emphatic in the past couple of weeks.
4.Ronald Reagan didn't have any experience either. And Gray Davis is the most experienced person to ever be Governor.
5. According to his comments at the state GOP convention, Arnold is clearly a conservative.
I know you know all of this, but I felt obliged to respond, even though your comments have become really tiresome.

Can we not have Republicans voting for a conservative, experienced, and decent man? Is that so far-fetched?That would be about 15%.
I expect Schwarzenegger to win and Davis to lose.
Unfortunately, I don't see McClintock winning a State race without alliances. He (and his supporters) have to learn how to build alliances. You can't tear down the subgroups you want to vote for you.
