Howlin, thats not true.
A news organization of any size can simply add "according to sources" to any inflamatory story they wish to print and they are covered. Arnold cannot sue the LA Times, and Rush cannot sue this paper either and expect to win.
As long as the paper only reports what OTHERS are saying, they are in the clear.
