Rush would have quite a winning lawsuit if there is nothing to this COVER story.

On two papers and Drudge.

They'd be out of business this week if they didn't have something to go on.

Howlin, thats not true.

A news organization of any size can simply add "according to sources" to any inflamatory story they wish to print and they are covered. Arnold cannot sue the LA Times, and Rush cannot sue this paper either and expect to win.

As long as the paper only reports what OTHERS are saying, they are in the clear.

You know that a paper can report allegations without worry about libel

They are reporting an accusation - what do they have to go on except the fact that there is an accusation?

The papers are covered.
