I listen to Rush regularly and agree with him most of the time. But he said McNabb was overrated because of his color and there's no way to sweep that under the carpet by saying "yeah but" most players on the defense are black. He was wrong and should have realized that when he started getting calls from his own fans disagreeing with him, if not before.

He never said he was overated at all!

I don't care how often you listen to Rush, You should not make your argument by putting words into other peoples mouth.

He certainly did not say he was overated because he was black. That may be your interpretation of what he said. But you are throwing it out there like it is what was actually said.

You are wrong to do that, and your argument that it is a racist statement is quite weak if you don't make that supposition, which I would guess is why you are doing it.
