I don't care how often you listen to Rush, You should not make your argument by putting words into other peoples mouth.

He certainly did not say he was overated because he was black. That may be your interpretation of what he said. But you are throwing it out there like it is what was actually said.

You are wrong to do that, and your argument that it is a racist statement is quite weak if you don't make that supposition, which I would guess is why you are doing it.

Your wordplay is positively Clintonian. Clinton is also good at attacking the other guy when he has a weak position. You can deny Rush said what he said if you want, nothing I can say will stop you. I don't like it any more than you do when one of our leaders screw up, but I'm realistic about it when it happens.

The loud argument from our camp that Rush's observation about race having to do with the media overrating McNabb isn't a racial remark is just playing into the hands of the Dims. They must be loving this.
